load_prot_data reads an abundance of 0 as not measured unless zeros_as_measured is set, with the semantics of GECKO's loadProtData. get_isozyme_coverage and zero_unmeasured_isozymes (method "zero" or "detection_limit") give the isozyme report and the limit of GECKO's getIsozymeCoverage and zeroUnmeasuredIsozymes; the latter lowers the usage bounds in place and returns a table of the changed enzymes. flexibilize_enz_concs warns about enzymes with a concentration of 0, level_complex_concs keeps a subunit at 0 at 0, and the docstrings of fill_enz_concs and constrain_enz_concs state the convention. See GECKO#6 and GECKO#7.

load_prot_data reads an abundance of 0 as not measured unless zeros_as_measured is set. get_isozyme_coverage reports the isozyme groups with a measured and an unmeasured entry, and zero_unmeasured_isozymes limits the usage of the unmeasured ones. flexibilize_enz_concs warns about enzymes with a concentration of 0, which it cannot raise.
